The Tuesday Manual
Life is just a long string of Tuesdays. Normal, regular, boring weekdays. But a good routine can make these Tuesdays wonderful!
The purpose of this manual is to drill down what a good, completely regular, weekday looks like. What I want to be doing at what time of day.
No day will ever be exactly like this, but the goal is to have a set of routines I roughly follow most weekdays.
Office / WFH / Training
- Monday: Office. Gym in the morning. Cardio afternoon.
- Tuesday: WFH/Office. Outside workout morning. Cardio afternoon.
- Wednesday: WFH. Gym in the early afternoon.
- Thursday: Office. Home workout in the morning. Cardio afternoon.
- Friday: WFH. Gym in the morning.
*Gym = Climbing Gym
Morning
5:30 - 10 AM.
- 123 planning
- Read 5-10 minutes in an old book
- Work on most important thing (1h)
- Workout
- Home workout
- Climbing
- Outdoor fitness
Work
9.00 - 15.00
Early afternoon
14.00 - 16.30
- Climbing or cardio
- Cardio: indoor bike or running.
- Alternative: rucking
- Cardio: indoor bike or running.
- Cold shower after cardio
Late afternoon
16.30 - 17.30
- Do remaining items on 123 plan
- Easy chores
- Easy reading
Early evening
17.30 - 19.30
- Dinner
- TV Series/YouTube relaxing
Late evening
19.30 - 21.00
- Phone offline
- No screens
- Reading
- Stretching / easy yoga
- Easy clean up while listening to podcasts
- Plan next day
